ACROBiosystems is excited to offer up to $500 travel awards to support academia and non-profit researchers attending any 2025 life science conferences located in the United States and Canada!

Apply before December 9th, 2024 for a chance to receive travel awards from ACRO! Winners will be selected based on the novelty of the research and the quality of responses to the application questions.

1. 1. Eligibility:
   Travel awards are only available for non-profit institute or academia researchers who are the presenting author of the poster or talk that feature or mention ACROBiosystems products. Once winners have been selected and notified, winners must show proof of the poster and talk approval by the conference of choice. If no proof is provided, the panel will select and notify a new winner. Only tradeshow and conferences located in the United States and Canada will be accepted.

2. 2. Content of Use:
   By submitting the application for the travel awards, the participant also grants ACROBiosystems the permission to post the necessary information online for promotional purposes.

3. 3. Award:
   ACROBiosystems will reimburse winners up to $500 towards air travel, ground transportation, and hotel expenses. If winners are local and won't need to travel to the conference, ACROBiosystems can reimburse up to $500 towards conference pass expenses. Winners need to submit proof of attendance at the conference and provide valid receipts of relevant travel expenses in order to successfully receive the reimbursement in form of a check.

4. 4. Travel Awards Timeline:
   The first round submission deadline is December 9th, 2024. Submissions will be evaluated by a panel of ACROBiosystems and winners will be notified through email and ACRO's website. The second round of submission will open in March 2025!
