Laminin 521

Laminin 521 were expressed in Descemet's membrane and corneal endothelium. This laminin isoform significantly enhanced the in vitro adhesion and proliferation, and differentiation of HCECs. Laminin 511-E8 consists of the C-terminal end of the alpha 5, beta 2, and gamma 1 chains.
