Talk Tittle: The crucial role of high-quality CD3 protein in the development of anti-CD3 bispecific antibodies

1. Bispecific antibodies (bsAbs) are promising immunotherapeutic agents for cancer therapy.

2. A common clinical application of bsAbs is retargeting T cells to kill tumor cells by targeting CD3 protein.

3. High-quality recombinant CD3 protein is required to develop and screen the functional bsAbs candidates.

4. A variety of CD3 proteins from different species and with various tags can accelerate the development of anti-CD3 bsAbs.

5. The validation of bioactivity of CD3 protein is conducted by measure the binding affinity between recombinantly produced CD3 protein and clinical anti-CD3 bsAbs.
