Human EGF R, Fc Tag (EGR-H5252) is expressed from human 293 cells (HEK293). It contains AA Leu 25 - Ser 645 (Accession # NP_005219).

This protein carries a human IgG1 Fc tag at the C-terminus.
The protein has a calculated MW of 95 kDa. The protein migrates as 130-140 kDa under reducing (R) condition (SDS-PAGE) due to glycosylation.
Less than 1.0 EU per μg by the LAL method.
>95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS, pH7.4. Normally trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Human EGF R, Fc Tag on SDS-PAGE under reducing (R) condition. The gel was stained overnight with Coomassie Blue. The purity of the protein is greater than 95%.
（1）Immobilized Human EGF, Tag Free (Catalog # EGF-H4114) at 10μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Human EGF R, Fc Tag (Catalog # EGR-H5252) with a linear range of 0.2-3.2 μg/mL.
（2）Measured by its ability to bind Human EGF, Tag Free (Cat# EGF-H4114) in the SPR assay (Biacore 2000) with an estimated KD < 1nM. Validated CetuxiMab binding in a functional ELISA (routinely tested).
