Anti-PD-L1 (CD274) Neutralizing Antibody, Biotinylated was chemically biotinlabeled to primary amines of Anti-PD-L1 (CD274) Neutralizing Antibody (Cat. # PDL-NA002) without decreasing its bioactivity significantly, and has been used successfully for ELISA, western blotting, inhibition assay, pull-down, SPR, FACS, and affinity purification, together with anti-biotin antibody, streptavidin or avidin-conjugated probes. This antibody recognizes the extracellular domain of human PD-L1 and blocks the binding of PD-L1 to PD-1.It has not been tested for cross-reactivity with other species.
Protein A affinity chromatography from HEK293 supernatants.
The biotin to protein ratio is 7-9 as determined by the HABA assay.
ELISA, Western blotting
Lyophilized from 0.22 μm filtered solution in PBS, pH7.4. Normally Mannitol or Trehalose are added as protectants before lyophilization.

See Certificate of Analysis for reconstitution instructions and specific concentrations.
Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles.
No activity loss was observed after storage at:
4 ℃ for 1 year in lyophilized state.
-70 ℃ for 3 months under sterile conditions after reconstitution.
Binding of Anti-PD-L1 (CD274) Neutralizing Antibody, Biotinylated to Immobilized Human PD-L1 in a Functional ELISA Assay
Immobilized Human PD-L1 (Cat. # PD1-H5229) protein at 1 μg/mL (100 μL/well) can bind Anti-PD-L1 (CD274) Neutralizing Antibody, Biotinylated with a linear range of 0.3- 5 ng/mL when detected by Streptavidin-HRP. Background was subtracted from data points before curve fitting.
